一体化净水装（zhuāng）置和城市供水厂（chǎng）的净化（huà）流程一样。它有：混（hún）凝池、沉淀池、过滤池、水质稳定（dìng）装置（zhì）、反冲洗装置（zhì）、水泵及电气控制柜。现分别介绍如（rú）下：

       1、混（hún）凝池：投加混凝（níng）剂的原水由（yóu）进水（shuǐ）管（guǎn）进入混凝（níng）池内（nèi），用特制的搅拌机搅动，使水（shuǐ）中的悬浮（fú）物（wù）和混凝剂充分接触（chù）反（fǎn）应形成（chéng）矾（fán）花。

       2、沉淀室：水（shuǐ）经加混凝（níng）剂混（hún）凝后形（xíng）成矾（fán）花，流（liú）到设（shè）备的沉（chén）淀（diàn）池（chí）内进行沉淀（diàn），沉淀池采用斜管沉淀法，经过梯形斜板（bǎn）沉（chén）淀（diàn）室（shì）沉淀完成固液分离，沉淀下来的污泥排入泥斗。

       3、过滤池（chí）：经沉淀（diàn）后的水流到过（guò）滤池（chí）过滤，滤池结构：底部为布水管，中部为石英砂，上部为无烟（yān）煤（méi）。过滤速度为10m/h，最后清水流到清水池内（nèi）消毒处理（lǐ）后饮用（yòng）。过滤池反冲周期为12小时（shí）左右，反冲时间为5-10分钟。

一体化（huà）净水器适用于江、河、湖、水库（kù）等以地表水为水源的给水工程的水（shuǐ）质净水，中水回用、及煤矿（kuàng）尾矿水（shuǐ）、洗煤水、浴池、游泳池（chí）、洗车场、造纸、印染、电镀和其它工业废水的（de）水质净化。
