I. principle and structure:

The equipment itself includes the body, the filling layer, the defogging layer, the circulating sprinkling pipe, and the circulating water tank.

Ii. Scope of application:

Electronic industry, semiconductor manufacturing, PCB manufacturing, LCD manufacturing, steel and metal industry, electroplating and metal surface treatment industry, pickling process, dye, pharmaceutical, chemical industry, deodorization, combustion exhaust gas SO×/NO× removers and other water-soluble air pollutants treatment.

Iii. Exhaust gas washing process:

       喷淋塔内（nèi）填料（liào）层作为气液（yè）两相间（jiān）接触构（gòu）件的传（chuán）质（zhì）设备。

       填料塔底部装有（yǒu）填（tián）料（liào）支承板，填料（liào）以乱堆方式（shì）放置在（zài）支承板上。填料的上方安（ān）装填（tián）料压板，以（yǐ）防被上升气（qì）流吹（chuī）动。喷淋塔喷淋液从塔顶经液体分布器喷淋（lín）到填料上，并沿填料表（biǎo）面（miàn）流下（xià）。气体从塔底送入，经（jīng）气体（tǐ）分（fèn）布（bù）装置分布（bù）后，与液体呈（chéng）逆流连续（xù）通过填料层的空隙，在填料表面上，气（qì）液两相密切接触进行传质。当液体沿（yán）填料（liào）层向下（xià）流动时，有（yǒu）时（shí）会出现壁流现象，壁流效应（yīng）造成气液两（liǎng）相在填（tián）料层中分（fèn）布不（bú）均，从而使传（chuán）质效率下降。因此，喷（pēn）淋（lín）塔（tǎ）内的填料层分为两段，中（zhōng）间设（shè）置再分（fèn）布（bù）装置，经重（chóng）新分布（bù）后喷淋（lín）到下层填料上
